President of Tatasrtan informed about planned completion of construction assembly works of first run of oil processing and oil chemical plants JSC «TANECO» Complex

Today in Nizhnekamsk a regular production session on constructing Complex of oil processing and oil chemical production session JSC «TANECO» with RT President R.N. Minnikhanov’s participation.

Before the session RT President accompanied by general director JSC «Tatneft» Shafagat Takhautdinov examined a complex of installations ELOU-AVT-7, got acquainted with a course of works on hydro-cracking installations being a phase of deep oil processing and visited plants infrastructure and utilities.

At the meeting the builders have reported on completion at planned dates of construction-assembly works of the first run «TANECO» and on passing for complex testing of the equipment. It was marked this had been achieved owing to professional and adjusted work of «Tatneft» company , general designer of project - institute VNIPIneft, general contractor - ООО «Neftgazengneering» UK «Kamaglavstroi», its subcontracting organizations.

By today 9200 people have been engaged at the Complex site, 800 constructions are in operation.

In total, since the commencement of the project about 170 bl. rubles have been financed (with VAT).

In May 2010 technical river water was delivered to internal complex networks. Simultaneously, projected voltage is supplied that facilitated start-up work. In August with RT President Rustam Minnikhanov number of objects of the first turn has been put in operation: compressor in workshop for getting nitrogen and compressed air, second system water cooling №1, the projected voltage has been supplied to TANECO pollution control facilities.

Presently, the complex of works is held on carrying out measures for start of operation of the first run of project JSC «TANECO». More 1600 working places have been prepared for these purposes.
