«Last years country leaders designated modernization of all economy, social, cultural sphere. We produce our initiatives also, something is done, something not. We should understand that any reform, any modernization fails without money. To spend money correctly –is the other question but sometimes our ideas remain ideas since they are supported financially, - Rustam Minnikhanov stated. – I think that Federal Government should channel more financial means for modernization».
President of the republic named Scolkovo an ideal example of modernization. «Scolkovo» - this is a good idea, good start. If project to be managed by professionals, if it gains as much funds as required then it is to become the most successful project. From legislative point of view there is no problem – ideal conditions are envisaged for «Scolkovo». And there should be many such projects in our country, - had of the republic underlined. – More faster we solve such tasks, more faster modernization in our country goes».
