Tatarstan-Saxon business forum opens in Kazan

Tatarstan-Saxon business forum has opened in Kazan, hotel “Shalyapin”. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Deputy prime minister of Saxony Sven Morlok took part in opening ceremony.
Free State of Saxony is presented by officials and 50 representatives of Saxony business community, that introduce automobile industry, aircraft building, chemical production for building sector.
RT Prime Minister Ildra Khalikov welcomed guests on behalf of RT President. At solemn opening ceremony he noted that Germany is an important partner for Russia and Tatarstan is one of RF regions which is intensively cooperating with Germany. For the first half-year 2010 foreign-trade turnover between Tatarstan and Germany made 850 mln. US dollars.
RT Prime Minister wished participants of forum efficient work and pleasant staying in Tatarstan.
Deputy Prime Minister, minister of economy, labor and transport Sven Morlok thanked Tatarstan leadership for warm reception of Saxony delegation. He stressed that both Tatarstan and Saxony are dynamically developing regions. The most perspective areas for cooperation are innovations, energy-saving technologies and mechanical engineering.

On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
