Rustam Minnikhanov took part in RF and RT Accounts Chambers joined board session

A joint session of boards of RF and RT Accounts Chambers has been held today in Kazan. Results of conducted control procedure “Revision of using subsidies of federal budget in 2009 and passed period of 2010 and other financial sources directed at organization and preparation of holding XXVII World summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan”.
Opening the session, Chairman of RF Accounts chamber Sergey Stepashin noted that development of mass sport is of primary importance for political leadership of the country. One of the most important spheres to realize this task that will stimulate social and economic development of many Russian regions is organization and holding of such big international sport forums as Winter Olympic Games in Sochi (2014) and Universiade 2013 in Kazan. Significant allocations of federal budget are provided then for these events. Thus, constant control for efficiency of realization of these projects is one of priority issues for RF Accounts chamber.
Sergey Stepashin informed that according to conducted revision, preparatory works are carried out in compliance with the Plan of major actions and schedules of constructing sport objects.
Auditor of RF Accounts chamber Sergey Agaptsov made the key report regarding results of revision.
It was underlined at the session that construction of sport objects in Kazan demonstrates many positive examples of private-state partnership, constructive interaction between republican authorities and business.
By results of the session it has been decided to continue joint work of RF and RT Accounts Chambers on controlling use of federal budget funds for construction of objects and preparation for Universiade 2013.
RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Minister of interiors on RT Asgat Safarov, Chairman of RT Accounts Chamber Aleksei Demidov and other officials took part in the event.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
On May 14, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.
