Ildar Khalikov: realization of socially important projects to be continued in Tatarstan

Ceremony of awarding winners of republican contest for receiving grants of RT Cabinet for non-commercial organizations which take part in realization of socially important projects, has been held today in House of RT government with participation of RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
Ildar Khalikov informed that such contests are aimed at attraction of off-budget resources into social sphere, involving businessmen and public organizations into state and municipal projects which are currently the basis of Tatarstan development.
85 social projects in 10 nominations from representatives of 14 regions were presented for the republican contest. Most of them were devoted to such problems as patriotic and moral education of the youth, protection of family, childhood and maternity, social protection of old and disabled people.
The contest commission has sorted out 23 best projects and solemnly handed certificates and grants to their authors. The sums vary from 25 000 to 350 000 roubles.
Ildar Khalikov thanked everyone who had participated in preparation, organization of the contest and summing up the results.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
