Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in 14th session of RT State Council

Draft budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 and planned period of 2012-2013 years has been accepted today at the second reading at the 14th session of RT State Council. The session was held by Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin. RT President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in work of RT State Council.
Total volume of incomings of RT budget is forecasted to be 92,7 bln. roubles.
Members of parliament discussed the bill “On making alterations in Family code of the Republic of Tatarstan”. According to RT Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov, this bill is aimed at improving legislation in the sphere of social protection and social support of orphans and children left without parental custody.
Moreover, the bill “On making alterations in Law the Republic of Tatarstan on professional unions” was debated at the session.
RT State Council accepted the bill “On order of defining places of public catering where retail selling and drinking of bear and drinks made on its basis are forbidden”. Federal Law “On the order of limitations of retail selling and drinking of bear and drinks made on its basis” prohibits retail selling of bear in definite public places (children, educational, health care organizations, all kinds of public transport, cultural organizations, sports health-improving buildings).

On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.

On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
