Rustam Minnikhanov: complex of measures to help solving lack of kindergartens in Tatarstan

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov visited multi-functional centre of rendering state and municipal services, pre-school educational institution “Chishme”, Buinsk bakery plant and objects of social-cultural and household sphere.
“We consider development of educational system and creation of necessary conditions for educating children as one of priority areas in Tatarstan. Within three years we have to solve the problem with kindergartens.”, - Rustam Minnikhanov said.
RT President thinks that the problem with lack of kindergartens should be solved in a complex way. “Firstly, existing standards allow using private-state partnership. Secondly, there are some kindergartens in republic which were restructured and are now being misused. They are to be reconstructed”, - Rustam Minnikhanov noted.
Besides, there are kindergartens that are unfinished in the absence of finances. First floors of buildings are given up for offices.
Later within the limits of working trip to Buinsk region RT President visited multi-functional centre of rendering state and municipal services and the area for constructing multi-functional physical training health-improving complex at comprehensive school №1, the building of central regional library and Buinsk bakery plant.
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
