Agreement on cooperation between RF Accounts chamber and RT Government signed

Agreement on cooperation between RF Accounts chamber and RT Government has been signed in House of RT Government.

The document was signed at the meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Auditor of RF Accounts Chamber Aleksandr Piskunov.

It is meant that parties will cooperate on issues of mutual interest including strategic planning and control for social-economic development of Tatarstan Republic.

Besides, a working group of RF Accounts chamber and RT Government was created for implementation of joint work on realization of Agreement. The Accounts chamber is presented by Auditor of RF Accounts Chamber Aleksandr Piskunov, Chief inspector of Department of strategic control of resource maintenance of social-economic development of Accounts Chamber Office Aleksei Grishkov and others, RT Government - by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of informatization and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, Deputy Chairman of RT Accounts Chamber Albert Valeev and others.

By words of Aleksandr Piskunov, the Agreement would favor working out of principles of forming complex federal contract system that is impossible without project-oriented economy and national payment system.

Aleksandr Piskunov thinks that Tatarstan is the only region in Russia where total synergetic effect may be gained. Here information technologies in the sphere of state purchasing are being intensively implemented and one of five federal electronic commodity sites is functioning.
