More than 10 bln. roubles were recovered from sole proprietors and legal parties last year

Final board session of Department of Federal bailiff service on RT was held in Kazan with participation of RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

Speaking about activity of the service last year, chief bailiff of republic Khamit Sharipov said that all tasks set for 2010 had been implemented. Plans on recovering administrative charge, tax payments, recovery of fines, imposed by official authorized bodies have been fulfilled.

Much emphasis was put on execution of socially important court decisions: recovery of wages, alimonies, and arrears in favor of credit organizations.

In order to increase efficiency of execution of administrative documents on recovery of alimony an action called “Protect child’s rights” was held in May 2010.

Summing up, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov noted merits of bailiff service as regards debts collection from sole proprietors and legal parties.

Ildar Khalikov recommended bailiffs to search for new ways for increasing efficiency in detecting debtors and their property, realization of arrested property.

Head of RT government asked to pay more attention to debt recovery of wages and alimonies. Ildar Khalikov noted that it is important so that citizens receive information about their debts and course of realization of enforcements proceedings spending less time and efforts.
