Rafis Burganov: Tatarstan is ready to present the variant of program of forming tolerance in youth environment

158 sport buildings were commissioned in Tatarstan Republic in 2010. Today total number of sport objects is 9 000. Such data was presented today by Head of RT Ministry of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov at final session of the ministry.
Board session was held in KRK “Korston” (Kazan) in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan.
RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of sport, tourism and youth policy Vitaly Mutko, RT Prime Minister Ildra Khalikov and Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin took part in work of session.
Rafis Burganov reported that average wage in the sector made 7776 thousand roulbes, voluyme of attracted investments – 100 mln. roulbes, budget execution - 2 bln. roubles.
1972 families received subsidies by federal target program “Housing” in Tatarstan in 2010.
More than 213 thousand children and youth were involved into summer holidays.
Rate of people engaged in sports activities made 23,15 %.
By and large, 595 competitions of various levels were held in republic.
Rafis Burganov emphasized the importance of work with young people under modern conditions. Addressing Vitaly Mutko, he informed that Tatarstan is ready to present its own variant of program of forming tolerance in youth environment.
As for development of sport in republic, according to Rafis Burganov , first sports contest for government employees by 10 kinds of sport will start in March. Moreover, sports contest by 8 kinds of sport for pensioners “Third age” is being prepared in republic.
In the sphere of developing tourist services the program for 2012-2016 years is being developed in republic. It implies creation of project of tourist navigation to attract tourists, touristic Internet portal, installation of information kiosks for tourists, elaboration of pedestrian navigation.
Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin announced that unified standards of safeguarding will be introduced at all Universiade objects.

Leyla Fazleeva holds a meeting of the commission under the Rais of Tatarstan on the Russian language
On 31 March in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva hold a meeting of the Commission on the Russian language under the Rais of Tatarstan, which considered key issues of supporting and developing Russian language, including new educational initiatives and discussed programmes of popularization of Russian literature and activities to preserve the language heritage.

On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Azat Ziganshin informed that the regional central cleaning up action will be held in the republic on 25 April and clarified that the location of the national cleanup day will be announced later as the site will be chosen taking into account the opinions of Tatarstan residents.
On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional and the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Damir Shaydullin informed about statistics on the collection of utility bills payments from the population and data on the payment discipline of enterprises and organizations of the republic.

On 27 March, speaking at a ceremonial event dedicated to celebrations of the Day of Russian National Guard held at the Kazan City Hall with participation of the Chief of the Office of the Staff of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov, heads of law-enforcement bodies of the republic and veterans and employees of the territorial Directorate of the National Guard, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian National Guard Directorate for the republic Republic of Tatarstan is traditionally acknowledged as one of the best in the country.
