Regular reception of citizens in a videoconferencing mode was held on February 8 by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The head of the Republic listened to the residents of 7 regions from the study at Kazan Kremlin.

Rustam Minnikhanov contacted Timur Shagivaleev, Chairman of Small and Medium-size Enterprises Development Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and instructed to consider a request to allocate it to the farmer and to present her a lease-grant for purchasing the required equipment.
Ildus Shakirov, the resident of Rybno-Slobodsky District, also has asked the RT President to help him in organizing his own farm household. Rustam Minnikhanov asked Marat Akhmetov, Minister of Agriculture and Foodstuff of the Republic of Tatarstan to present a grant to organize family farm.
Elvira Kalimullina, the resident of Nizhnekamsk, told to Rustam Minnikhanov that her 7-year-old daughter needs special expensive drugs to treat very rare autoimmune disease. As Airat Farrahov, Minister of Health Care, explained, a disease that affects a child is extremely rare, and the drugs for its treatment are not included in the list of medicines that are available for free. RT President has instructed the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan to resolve the issue of family support. The cost of walker is 85 thousand rubles. Rustam Minnikhanov immediately instructed the Ministry of Finance to find sponsors, to acquire the necessary equipment and to take it to the family.
Ekaterina Fomina, the resident of Kaleykino station of Almetyevsky District, asked the President of Tatarstan to help her in laying the gas pipe line on the two streets of the village. According to representative of the district, construction of pipeline worth about 2 million rubles will be activated only in the program of the next year, but Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to build a gas pipeline right now. "And I will have a talk with administration of “Tattransgaz”, and we will decide how to pay for the building - the President said. - I hope that this year there will be gas on your streets. "
In Chistopol region, there are 53 private houses which are at risk of falling into a ravine - now they are on the edge, and every year the slope is eroding more and more. This was reported to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan by Natalia Bildanova. She lives in one of these houses with her father, who is a participant of the liquidation of the Chernobyl accident and has two children. Taking into consideration the suggestion of the head of the district, Rustam Minnikhanov instructed the State Housing Fund to allocate the family apartment on social employment. The President instructed the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing to consider ways of solving complex problems with the other houses.
A final appeal for today was the request of the pupil Gordey Nesterov from Buinsk. He wrote a letter to the President with a desire to get the computer, but today he could ask Rustam Minnikhanov about it personally. On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
