Rustam Minnikhanov meets management of Advenira Enterprises

On November 11, during his working visit to the USA, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met management of Advenira Enterprises, Inc. at the company office in Sunnyvale (California).

Founded in 2010 in the Silicon Valley by a group of Russian specialists, Advenira Enterprises, Inc. is a full holder of patents for the key units meant for the application of nanocomposite coating. In March 2016 Advenira opened its first enterprise in Troitsk, Russia.

The company founder Elmira Ryabova welcomed the Tatarstan delegation in California. A working group on developing cooperation between the republic and Advenira Company was created after the previous meeting in Kazan in July.

President and Director General of Rusnano USA, Inc. Dmitry Akhanov informed that a new company was registered in Russia and started building a plant at OAO Himgrad in Kazan.

Rustam Minnikhanov said that the company products would be in demand in Russia and offered to organize a seminar on using this type of coating.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.

On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “ Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.

Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov takes part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin takes part in N.I. Lobachevsky Prize award ceremony

On 1 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in N.I. Lobachevsky Prize and Medal Award Ceremony held in Kazan Federal University and handed in the award to the Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Chief Researcher of the St. Petersburg Department of Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergei Ivanov who was awarded for the outstanding achievements in fundamental and applied mathematics.
