Press secretaries of Tatarstan ministries and departments master new media resources

Within the framework of strategic partnership with RT Government implied by agreement on developing info-communication technologies, “Megafon” company together with press service of RT President held seminar for press secretaries and employees of press service of state authorities.

The seminar was dedicated to efficient use of new media resources to organize dialogue with the audience. Within the limits of seminar employees of press services of 20 ministries and departments mastered basic principles of work in modern information societies, social networks, blogs and other informal media resources.

Main topics for discussion were maintenance of new resources, features of audiences, reflection of info agenda in informal resources. The seminar was held by Deputy Director on PR of Higher School of economics, author of courses on advertisement and Internet promotion Anton Molodtsov.

The urgency of chosen theme is based on fact that penetration of internet in Tatarstan has exceeded 100 %, more than 40 % of all Internet users draw information from blogs and social networks. Use of new media in activity of state authorities let interact with the audience easier and more intensively, inform citizens about urgent issues, increase quality of services, react to problematic situations and take measures.
