Transport security and railway tariffs discussed in Moscow

March, 3. President of JSC “Russian railways” Vladimir Yakunin held district meeting with participation of Plenipotentiary to RF President in Volga Federal District Grigori Rapota and governors of few regions including Nizhni Novgorod, Kirov and Saratov regions.
The Republic of Tatarstan was presented by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Minister of transport and road construction Lenar Safin.
Participants of the meeting discussed issues of transport service and security ensuring at railway transport in RF regions located in Volga Federal District.
Conclusion of contracts with regional suburban companies implementing passenger railway transportations was the issue on agenda.
By words of Ildar Khalikov, the second issue was connected with transport security. Attacks happened in Domodedovo airport left no one indifferent. Participants of meeting discussed possible purchase and production of equipment in Russia that would preclude discomfort connected with primitive control systems. He believes there are more efficient security devices.

On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.

On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
