Tatarstan President: It is important to support implementation of the property registration law

On December 22, at a session of the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography in Tatarstan, Head of the agency, Chief state registrar of the republic Azat Zyabbarov said that the new federal law on state registration of property will become effective in 2017.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended the session.

Zyabbarov reminded that the state authorities and local self-government will now have to apply for state registration of property themselves.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov, the implementation of the new law will be an important task for Tatarstan.  

Zyabbarov told that the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography in Tatarstan holds leading positions by the number of registered rights in electronic format among territorial authorities of the Agency.

The president noted the work of multi-purpose centers that helped to increase the regional budget by 491 mln roubles.  The services of the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography make 62 per cent in the total number of services rendered by multi-purpose centers.
