Tatarstan President at the session of Tatarstan Ministry of Health: Health care industry plays a special role in increasing quality of life of Tatarstan citizens

On February 2, at a session of Tatarstan Ministry of Health, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Health care industry plays a special role in increasing quality of life of Tatarstan citizens.

Minister of Health of the republic Adel Vafin said that the main result of work of health care industry in the reporting year was the increase of life expectancy until the age of 73. The natural population increase made 2.8 per 1000 of the population that is 3.7 per cent more than in 2015.

The natural population increase was registered in 12 municipalities.

The death rate made 11.6 per 1000 of the population that is 3.3 per cent less than in 2015.

There are 128 mobile emergency teams working in the republic which rendered medical aid to 349,000 patients.

15 health care institutions rendered high technology medical aid.

Major work was done on recruitment and training of young specialists.

Capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities completed in Tatarstan

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “ Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

Aleksey Pesoshin holds a meeting of competition committee “Manager of the Year – 2025”

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
