Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrives in Sochi to take part in Russian Investment Forum
On February 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is taking part in the Russian Investment Forum “Sochi-2017”. Its key theme is the search for new projects for growth.
A two-day programme of the forum (27-28 February) includes 27 events, including a plenary session with participation of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The structure of the business programme of the forum includes three thematic blocks: «the New regional policy. Development opportunities». This block will discuss new approaches to the promotion of the regional policy, will evaluate the results of applying the project approach to implementation of priority projects in key areas of strategic development of Russia, the functioning of areas of advancing social and economic development, the investment climate in the regions. The other two blocks are «Increasing the efficiency of the business. Opportunities for growth» and «Implementing projects for life».
Later on today, Minnikhanov will take part in a meeting of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev with heads of Russian regions "Revenues of regions, their security and tax base” to be held during the forum.
