Czech Minister of industry and trade Martin Kotzourek viewed exhibition of Tatarstan economic and industrial potential

Czech Minister of industry and trade Martin Kotzourek viewed exhibition devoted to the most important economic and social projects of Tatarstan Republic.
Martin Kotzourek heads representative delegation of Czech Republic which arrived in Kazan in order to take part in Tatarstan- Czech business forum (April,17-19, 2011). Exposition of RT economic and industrial potential was located on the first floor of GTRK “Korston”.
Head of Czech Ministry of industry and trade was accompanied by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov and others.
Nikolai Nikiforov presented to Martin Kotzourek projects in the sphere of information technologies – “GLONASS-112”, “Electronic government of the Republic of Tatarstan”, “Electronic education of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
Nikolai Nikiforov told in details about course of rendering compulsory state services to the citizens in electronic format.
Director-general of Autonomous non-commercial organization “Executive directorate of Universiade-2013” Vladimir Leonov told about realization of scaled project on preparation and conduction of World summer Universiade-2013 in Kazan.
RT Deputy Minister of energy Irina Larochkina told about development of oil-gas-chemical and energy sectors.
Martin Kotzourek was also told about perspective pharmaceutical projects (within the limits of target program “Development of pharmaceutical industry of RT in 2011-2020 and future prospects”), projects in the sphere of auto component production, build-up of roads and whole transport system (including modernization of international airport “Kazan”).
The stands of technopark “Himgrad” and special economic zone “Alabuga” were also presented at the exhibition.
Having viewed the exposition Czech Minister of industry and trade Martin Kotzourek, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov and others took part in opening ceremony of Tatarstan- Czech business forum.
On 24 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” held during the 17th session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation.
The Head of the Government of the republic will fulfill wishes of five-year old Landysh who dreams of a guitar, 13-year old Zariva who will get a smart speaker, eight-year old Leyla dreaming of a bike and 16-year old Evelina who will be given an e-book.
On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “
Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
