From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on the International Women's Day!

Time moves on, but a beautiful image of a woman embodying the ideals of love, beauty and motherhood remains unchanged. Like flowers, you beautify our world, warming it with the warmth of your hearts. We are grateful to you for the well-being of the family hearth, warm care about relatives and friends, for instilling in children a love for the Fatherland and respect for traditional spiritual values.

There are quite a lot of holidays, which did not lost their former significance over time, but acquired a new, modern sense. The International Women's Day is among them. It is a truly national holiday painted with bright colors of spring, smiles of our wives and mothers, fervent confessions of love.

Tatarstan women are leaders in everything. Your contribution to the development of culture, education, science, public administration, business, industry and agriculture is huge.

But the continuation of the family has always been the primary function of a women. "Mother! The name is glorious, what could be more beautiful and higher? All the charm of women, all their beauty are in it, in motherhood!" an outstanding Tatar poet Khadi Taktash wrote. I am sure that our multinational people will always be guided by this high moral principle.

Our dear women-veterans and daughters of the war years, whose fighting and labour heroism will forever remain an unfading example for all future generations, deserve the most exalted epithets today. I sincerely wish you long life and joy of communicating with children and grandchildren!

May this bright, life-affirming holiday bring you all, dear women, joyful, positive mood, inspire you with optimism and confidence in your abilities.
