Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in joint meeting of Secretary of RF Security Council and Plenipotentiary of RF President in Volga federal district

Joint session of Secretary of Security council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev and Plenipotentiary Representative of RF President in the VFD Grigori Rapota with participation of high position officials of RF subjects located within the limits of the Volga federal district is being held today in Saratov.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the event dedicated to realization of Strategy of state anti-drug policy of Russian Federation till 2020 in RF subjects located within the limits of the Volga federal district.

It is expected that additional measures on counteracting national security threats on the part of religious extremist and terrorist organizations on the territory of RF subjects located within the limits of the Volga federal district will also be discussed at the meeting.

The event is being held in government building of Saratov region (Saratov, Moskovskaya st.)

Similar meetings had been held earlier in Siberian federal district and Urals federal district.

The above mentioned actions are constituent parts of work on realization of RF Strategy of national security till 2020 and increase of efficiency of using the potential of RF President plenipotentiaries in federal districts while solving tasks set before RF Security Council.
