President of Tatarstan : «Tetyush and Kamsko Ustinsky region to reinforce work with family farms»

Family farms considered one of the perspective points of growth agriculture of Tetush and Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal regions of Tatarstan and regional administrations should strengthen their work in this direction. Such an opinion has been expressed by RT President during the working trip across the these regions.

Head of the republic inspected from helicopter the fields of the two municipal regions, met with managers of economic facilities and visited seed-plot on growing decorative plants of coniferous stocks in a village Tenki of Kamsko-Ustinsky region. Here, the seedlings of elite decorative plants of coniferous species are grown, the seedlings of different decorative plants from Europe complete growing and seasoned. The volume of investments makes up 150 mln. rubles.

In interview to the journalists upon ending of the trip Rustam Minnikhanov expressed satisfaction with spring-field works in Kamsko-Ustinsky and Tetyush regions. «Sowing to be completed until May14-15, all is available – fertilizers, fuel, machinery», - President of Tatarstan stated.

By words of Head of the republic, condition of winter crops seeds in Tetyush and Kamsko-Ustinsky regions is much better than in Nurlat, Aksubaev and Novosheshma regions, were visited by R. Minnikhanov yesterday. «In general, condition of winter crops is good. Moisture deposit, condition of winter crops and already appeared cover herbage – these are positive moments after hard wintering», - RT President is sure.

At the same time, as Rustam Minnikhanov mentioned, Tetyush and Kamsko-Ustinsky regions face strategic problems on agriculture developing. «These regions are strongly backward on volumes of money incomes from agriculture .
They should boost and boost cattle farming», - R. Minnikhanov maintains.

«Kamsko-Ustinsky and Tetyush regions expose themselves not bad regarding private farmsteads – in average each third household took credit, - head of the republic mentioned. – But the work on family farms should be reinforced. The regions must be active in this direction».

Rustam Minnikhanov noted also that sanitary cleaning of territory in Tetyush region must be arranged better.

«We have some remarks but in general the situation is normal summed up head of Tatarstan.

R.Minnikhanov shared out impressions from visitation to seed-plot for growing decorative trees. By opinion of RT President, the products of seed plot may be sought after in Tatarstan. «now in Tatarstan we do not have cedar and it is good that Canadian cedar is taking roots. We should green up our settlements, create parks, plant various kinds of trees Rustam Minnikhanov stated. – Our entrepreneur is involved in this. and I consider it a good business».
