Rustam Minnikhanov will take part in Annual Investment Meeting 2011 (AIM-2011) in Dubai

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived with a working visit in United Arab Emirates.
Tomorrow, May 10, Rustam Minnikhanov will take part in opening of Annual Investment Meeting 2011 (AIM-2011) in Dubai. The event will take place in territory of international World Trade Center.
AIM-2011 – is a platform where the countries-participants can find potential investors for many projects in various fields of the economy including construction, industry, etc, and present an investment potential of their region. This year for participation in a forum applied Turkey, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Yemen, Mauritius, Namibia, Armenia and others, total of 30 countries.
Within the framework of the forum a meeting between President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of external trade of UAE Mrs. -shekh Lubnoi bint Al Kasimi is planned.
Besides, meetings with business representatives from number of states-participants AIM-2011.
Visit of Rustam Minnikhanov in Dubai is to last two days (May 9 – 10, 2011).
President of Tatarstan is accompanied by a director of external relations Department of RT President staff – aide to RT President on international issues Iskander Muflikhanov, a chairman of RT Linar Yakupov.

Leyla Fazleeva holds a meeting of the commission under the Rais of Tatarstan on the Russian language
On 31 March in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva hold a meeting of the Commission on the Russian language under the Rais of Tatarstan, which considered key issues of supporting and developing Russian language, including new educational initiatives and discussed programmes of popularization of Russian literature and activities to preserve the language heritage.

On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Azat Ziganshin informed that the regional central cleaning up action will be held in the republic on 25 April and clarified that the location of the national cleanup day will be announced later as the site will be chosen taking into account the opinions of Tatarstan residents.
On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional and the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Damir Shaydullin informed about statistics on the collection of utility bills payments from the population and data on the payment discipline of enterprises and organizations of the republic.

On 27 March, speaking at a ceremonial event dedicated to celebrations of the Day of Russian National Guard held at the Kazan City Hall with participation of the Chief of the Office of the Staff of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov, heads of law-enforcement bodies of the republic and veterans and employees of the territorial Directorate of the National Guard, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian National Guard Directorate for the republic Republic of Tatarstan is traditionally acknowledged as one of the best in the country.
