New Board of Directors of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Petrochemical Company elected

On April 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended the annual meeting of shareholders of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Petrochemical Company in Nizhnekamsk.

New members of the Board of Directors were elected by shareholders during the meeting.

First Deputy Director General of Svyazinvestneftekhim Sergei Alekseev and Head of Strategic Planning Department - Adviser to Director General of Tatneft Oil Company Nurislam Syubaev left the Board of Directors of Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

Deputy Director General for Corporate Property Management and Investment of TAIF Company Ruslan Shigabutdinov and Advisor to Director of General of TAIF Company Subramanian Viswanathan Anand were included in the updated Board.

Deputy Director General of TAIF Company Vladimir Busygin was reelected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
