First in Russia factory on servicing household cloths to be created in Tatarstan

A large centre rendering corporate services on rent and care for household textiles may appear in Kazan. Director-general of “Cotton way” company Aleksandr Utkin addressed such proposal to President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the course of meeting at House of RT government. Rector of Russian academy of national economy and state service under RF President Vladimir Mau also took part in the meting. The Republic of Tatarstan was introduced by RT Minister of labor, employment and social protection Airat Shafigullin, RT Minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

According to Aleksandr Utkin “Cotton way” company is going to create the first in Russia centre rendering services on rent and care for household textiles. By his words in most developed countries bedclothes, uniform in hotels, hospitals, social institutions and enterprises is the property of companies specializing in textile handling. Head of “Cotton way” believes that such outsourcing allow decreasing expenses and provides high quality of rendered services.

“Cotton way” company already has long-term contract with JSC “RZHD” by which it provides bedclothes for long-distance trains. The company plans to enter the broad market in Tatarstan.

Aleksandr Utkin informed that planned volume of investments into creation of specialized logistic complex in Tatarstan makes 1-1,5 bln. roubles. Director-general of “Cotton way” offered rendering services to social and medical institutions of republic. The company is ready to experiment its services in several RT institutions in order to prove the efficiency of new approach. Besides, Tatarstan is interesting for the company as an industrial region with many potential clients in corporate sector.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov supported the idea of outsourcing household services in medical and social institutions of republic. He gave assignment to make a working group for detailed consideration of the project.
