Rustam Minnikhanov: Tatarstan authorities always focused on local builders

“The majority of large construction projects in Tatarstan are being realized by local building organizations and republican authorities will be following this policy in the future”, - RT President Rustam Minnikhanov announced at a report annual meeting of self-regulatory organization “Regional non-commercial partnership “RT Comradeship of builders”.

President of the organization Rim Khalitov made a sum up report. In 2010 republican builders accomplished construction works for the sum of 177 bln. roubles. 2 mln. m² of housing were commissioned, 1130 houses were repaired. First stage of oil-refining and petrochemical plants Complex “TANECO” was put into operation. Within the framework of preparation for Universiade 2013 25 sport objects were commissioned and Universiade village was opened. Construction of objects of road network is underway. Construction of 2 road interchanges and 6 pedestrian crossings was finished.

Among the most significant results of “RT Comradeship of builders” activity Rim Khalitov pointed out receiving of qualification certificated by 4,5 thousand engineers. Electronic program “Comradeship” that enables solving problems connected with organization’s activity has been efficiently developed and adopted.

Rustam Minnikhanov focused on the problem of adherence to safety measures. Also by his words it is important to consider more thoroughly acceptance of new organizations in self-regulatory organization and observance of rules by acting members.
