Rustam Minnikhanov: Regions willing to develop search for new ways of interaction

“High level of constructing sport objects and other infrastructure within the limits of preparation for Universiade 2013 in Kazan demonstrates professionalism of Tatarstan government and improves image of Russia in the world”, - Governor of Novosibirsk region Vasily Yurchenko announced in the course of working visit to republic.
Answering journalists’ questions Vasily Yurchenko said that after acquaintance with sport infrastructure of Kazan, leadership of Novosibirsk region intends to take as a basis ideology, conception and project solutions of Tatarstan in order to build such objects in the region.
Governor of Novosibirsk region also noted that “an interesting approach to formation and adoption of such program as providing housing for the youth, young specialists” is used in Tatarstan. “We’ve seen how it works in Tatarstan and how to realize it including attraction of financial resources”, - he said.
Vasily Yurchenko informed that Novosibirsk region also has such programs but not so ambitious. He is sure that Tatarstan experience will let reforming them and make a breakthrough. He told that Novosibirsk region is the first one to realize the program of providing housing on lease for the youth including scientific workers and specialists of innovative companies. “It is not a commercial project in our region, but support of the youth, opportunity to solve the problem of providing housing and comfortable living conditions for young specialists, and assistance in creating environment for new inventions and efficient work”, - Vasily Yurchenko said.
Speaking about further cooperation with Tatarstan Governor of Novosibirsk region stated: “Today we have everything to make out relations permanent, and conditions for business interaction - comfortable. I’m sure we’ll create these conditions”.
“Our regions are developed almost equally. No one teaches us. We learn from each other”, - President of Tatarstan said in turn. By his words, regions willing to develop search for new ways of interaction and examine experience of each other in various spheres. He noted that on staying in Novosibirsk he had seen interesting area for cooperation such as petrochemical sector. “Novosibirsk region has a huge industrial and scientific potential. Siberian branch of Russian academy of sciences is the intellectual potential we should put emphasis on”, - Rustam Minnikhanov stated.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
