Rustam Minnikhanov took part in signing Agreement on creation of Joint Enterprise of Ford Motor Company and JSC “Sollers”

Head of Tatarstan took part in signing Agreement on creation of Joint Enterprise of Ford Motor Company and JSC “Sollers”. The signing ceremony took place in Moscow state university of communication lines (Obraztsova st.) with participation of Chairman of RF Government Vladimir Putin.
We remind that in February 2011Ford and “Sollers” signed Memorandum on intentions that implies creation of joint enterprise on parity basis.
Joint Enterprise Ford Sollers automobiles and commercial autos Ford and will be engaged in production and distribution of automobiles at Russian market.
Production sites of new joint enterprise will be located in Vsevolozhsk (Leningrad area), Naberezhnye Chelny and SEZ “Alabuga” (the Republic of Tatarstan). Planned production capacity of joint enterprise will make 350 000 automobiles per year.
Today JSC “Sollers” includes JSC “Sollers” - Naberezhnye Chelny, JSC “Ulianovsk automobile plant”, JSC “Trans-Volga motor plant”, and “Sollers – Far east”. The company produces automobiles UAZ, Isuzu, SsangYong, Fiat.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
