State Council of Tatarstan opens 19th session of the fourth convocation

State Council of Tatarstan has opened the 19th session of the fourth convocation.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Advisor Mintimer Shaimiev and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov take part in the session. Farid Mukhametshin chairs the parliament session.
The deputies will today review over 30 items, including the draft laws “On executing the Republic of Tatarstan’s 2010 budget” and “On executing the Republic of Tatarstan’s Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund’s budget in 2010”.
The petition to Prime Minister of Russia Vladimir Putin, to solve the issue of providing raw materials to petrochemical manufacturers in the Volga District, has been prepared jointly with the State Assembly of Bashkortostan and will not be reviewed today, the committee for economy, investment and enterprise chief Marat Galeev said. The work on the document is not yet finished.
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
