On June 1, during the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of IT holding “National Computer Corporation” (NCC) Aleksandr Kalinin signed a cooperation agreement, under which the parties plan to set up a centre for development, implementation and support of the domestic ERP-system "Ma-3", and also to build a data processing centre in Innopolis.
ERP-system "Ma-3" is a domestic industrial solution developed by the National Platform (part of the NCC holding company) as part of the state policy on import substitution. The system is designed for enterprises that support the efficiency of the infrastructure crucial for the functioning of the state and has much more performance than existing Russian ERP solutions.
The opening of the "Ma-3" development centre at the advanced resource base of Innopolis will allow developers to shorten the terms of the system's adaptation through interaction with the leading enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, identifying their practical needs and launching pilot projects.
The main task of the data processing centre will be to provide educational, research, administrative and economic activities of the city of Innopolis with a modern productive infrastructure.
