Rustam Minnikhanov arrives on a working visit in the Republic of Kazakhstan

On June 11, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a two-day working visit in the Republic of Kazakhstan, was met by Ambassador of Russia to Kazakhstan Mikhail Bocharnikov, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Russia Imangali Tasmagambetov, Deputy Mayor of Astana Ermek Amanshaev, and Plenipotentiary Representative of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan Rustem Valiullov at the Astana International Airport.

During his trip, the official opening of Suyumbike Street in one of new housing complexes of Astana is planned. Mayor of Astana Aset Isekeshev will take part in the event.

Then, Tatarstan President will continue his work at the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO-2017. Minnikhanov will hold a presentation of Tatarstan's display in the Russian pavilion and get acquainted with expositions of the event participants from other countries. Business meetings with Mayor of Almaty region Amandyk Batalov, Chairman of Baiterek National managing Holding Erbolat Dosayev and other representatives of government and business are scheduled.

It is planned that an official meeting with Nursultan Nazarbayev will be held in the residence of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and negotiations with Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev will be held in the Government House of Kazakhstan.

At the end of his working visit, Minnikhanov will attend the library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and new Nurly Zhol railway station in Astana, which was opened and started operating on the 1st of June.
