Rustam Minnikhanov: The level of development of economic and social spheres, investment attractiveness depend on effective work of law enforcement agencies

On June 13, at a session of the United board of ministries of internal affairs of the Common state at the Kazan city hall, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the level of development of economic and social spheres, investment attractiveness depend on effective work of law enforcement agencies.

The delegations headed by Russian Minister of Defence Vladimir Kolokoltsev and Head of Belarus Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Shunevich discussed issues of cooperation in official activity.

Opening the session, Kolokoltsev thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for hospitality.

In his turn Minnikhanov thanked for holding such an important event in Kazan.  He noted that Tatarstan has a wide experience in holding Russian and international sports events. Universiade 2013 and World Aquatics Championship 2015 were highly appreciated by world public, leadership of international federations, sportsmen and guests.

Kazan will host Confederations Cup 2017 and matches of FIFA World Cup for the first time.

Tatarstan President thinks that more intensive cooperation between Russian and Belarus law enforcement agencies will favour development of relations between Russia and Belarus. He expressed hope that the current meeting would have a positive impact on strengthening of cooperation between Russian and Belarus law enforcement agencies and give impetus to prevention of crimes.
