The corpses of retrieved perished people are transported to Republican bureau of forensic medical examination (Kazan).
By the latest data 71 corpses have been retrieved (47 women, 8 children, 16 men).
Relatives of the perished have arrived in Kazan to identify corpses. 100 people have come to Republican bureau of forensic medical examination, 50 – to river port, 27 – to “Grand hotel Kazan”.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
