Works on implementing Belekech program go with advance

Funds for holding major repair of multi-apartment houses will be annually provided in the budget of Tatarstan. This has been stated today at a meeting in the RT Government House by RT President R.N. Minnikhanov. By his words, a major repair program should be continued. In this connection head of the republic criticized leadership of some municipal regions where funds collecting for major repairs is arranged poorly or dates of holding repair is not fulfilled at all.
In general, out of 999 multi-apartment houses bound for repairing in 2011 the repair is over in 475 houses ( at 37 municipalities). Out of them in 154 apartment the major repair has been finished for last two weeks, RT Minister of construction, architecture and utilities Irek Faizullin reported at the session.
Out of all house 8031 metering devices planned for installing in 2011, 4444 mounted (55% of the plan),out of them 2039 – central heating, 2384 – water supply, 21 – electric lines.
Irek Faizullin reported also on implementing the Belekech program - provision with places to children’s preschool institutions. So, it has been assumed to make works by August 1 in amount of 1,5 bln. rourbles. Actually, 1,7 bln. rub have been assimilated. (advance in program implementation - 13%).
Out of the objects within the program were returned to the system of preschool education, the repair works are over in Buinsk (3 objects), Kukmor (3 objects),Kazan and others. The works at 11 objects finished more 70%.
Out of 92 objects where the additional places for children to be arranged, 80 have been commissioned. At the remained 12 objects the works approaching the end. Delivery and assembly of equipment is underway.
Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the main goal at these objects to keep in mind is quality of constriction and repair works.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
