On November 20, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Malaysia, was met by Assistant Minister of Transportation of the State Sarawak of Malaysia Jerip Susil and Consul General of the Russian Federation in Malaysia Valeriy Ermolaev at the Kuching Airport. 

On November 20, during his working trip to Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), which has leading positions among other scientific and technical centres of the country.

On November 20, during his working visit to Vietnam, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City's People's Committee Le Thanh Liem.

On November 20, during his working visit to the city of Ho Chi Minh, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the Vietnam – Tatarstan business forum. Consul General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh Alexey Popov and Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City's People's Committee Le Thanh Liem were also present at the forum.

On November 20, during his working visit to Vietnam, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Director General of the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam and newly appointed Ambassador of Vietnam to Russia.
