RT Premier met with leadership of Far East Congress of Tatars

A meeting of RT Premier Ildar Khalikov and leadership of Far East Congress of Tatars has been held in Kazan. Vice-premier - Head of RT Cabinet Staff Shamil Gafarov and Vice-premier Zilya Valeeva took part in the meeting in House of RT Government. Far East Congress of Tatars was presented by its Chairman Rustam Abdullin and one of members of the association Rustam Suleimanov.
By words of Ildar Khalikov Far East is a particular intensively developing region and RF leadership pays special attention on it. Far East region is becoming one of strategic partners for Tatarstan. This fact was confirmed during the trip of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.
“I am glad that Far East tatars managed to unite. It is nice that there are initiative people in Far East who are really worrying about maintenance of national culture and establishing relations with Tatarstan”, - PM said.
Prospects of developing cooperation between Tatarstan and Far East Congress of Tatars, opening of representative office of Tatarstan Republic in Far East were discussed at the meeting.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
