Prospects of attracting new investments of Sberbank Rossii to Tatarstan discussed in Sochi

Promising patterns of investments in Tatarstan economy on the part of JSC “Sbernank Rossii” have been discussed today in Sochi at international investment forum during the meeting of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with managing partner of consulting subsidiary of the Sberbank Rossii - Strategy Partners Aleksandr Idrisov. Head of RT Agency for investment development Linar Yakupov, Director of Department for external relations – Aide to President of Tatarstan Iskander Muflikhanov attended the meeting.

According to Linar Yakupov, opportunities of attracting Sbernak Rosii investments in republican economy were debated during the meeting. Petrochemistry and mechanical engineering were chosen as main investment areas. Rustam Minnikhanov gave assignment to make up a working group for defining key projects within the limits of the mentioned areas, reconsidering ways of increasing investment attractiveness of petrochemical and engineering projects and planning certain actions.
