Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov takes part in VFD events in Saratov

On September 28 Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov took part in a session of subcommittee on Volga federal district for investment projects of national, regional and interregional significance. RF Minister of regional development Viktor Basargin discussed issues of creating favorable climate for investment growth and realization of projects considered to be priority in the district with heads of RF VFD subjects and representatives of federal authorities.
Currently there are 32 priority projects approved by Chairman of RF Government Vladimir Putin. It was noted that only two regions – Tatarstan and Nizhny Novgorod region demonstrate high dynamics of attracting investments.
Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov also attended a session of Council under plenipotentiary of RF President in Volga federal district chaired by Grigory Rapota.
Heads of regions, chief federal inspectors, leaders of state authorities discussed activity of state authorities in regions of Volga federal district in the sphere of environmental protection. 16 % of All-Russian emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere and 17 % of polluted sewage go to Volga federal district. More than 50 territorial departments of federal authorities and 36 regional departments of executive authorities implement functions in the sphere of environmental protection.
By results of discussion attendees of the session proposed RF Government and RF State Duma to make alterations in Budget code, current legislation, adopt long-term target investment programs on waste treatment, make up regional systems of ecological monitoring coordinating their activity with the state.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
