Doctor of Technical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Inozemtsev awarded the International award named after A.N.Tupolev

On November 8, at his office in the Government House of the Republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin handed over the International award named after A.N.Tupolev to Doctor of Technical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Inozemtszev.

Pesoshin congratulated Inozemtsev on being awarded a high well-deserved prize and wished him further success in his work and scientific activities.

The International award named after the founder of the Russian aircraft construction, aircraft designer Andrei Tupolev was established by Tatarstan President’s Decree in 2014. The prize is awarded every two years on Tupolev’s birthday (the 10th of November) for the purpose of further development of engineering sciences in the republic, encouragement of Russian and foreign scientists for their outstanding works, discoveries and inventions in the sphere of engineering sciences and to perpetuate the memory of the great Soviet aircraft designer AndreiTupolev.
