Rustam Minnikhanov and Mikhail Pogosyan discuss issues of JSC “KAPO named after S.P.Gorbunov” complex development

Issues of JSC “KAPO named after S.P.Gorbunov” complex development have been discussed at a meeting between President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and President of JSC “United Aircraft Corporation” (UAC) Mikhail Pogosyan.
The meeting took place at the House of RT Government.
Parties discussed program of JSC “KAPO named after S.P.Gorbunov” development including issues of military and technical cooperation. Besides, working out of “Regulations about youth talent pool of JSC UAC” was discussed at the meeting.
Regulations stipulate use of nominal scholarships, selection of young specialists, postgraduate students and teachers at UAC enterprises in priority spheres.
We remind that President of UAC Mikhail Pogosyan is on two-day working visit in Kazan (October 2-3). The itinerary implies visit to production workshops of JSC “KAPO named after S.P.Gorbunov” and a meeting on issues of its prospects. Mikhail Pogosyan is going to visit Kazan state technical university named after A.N.Tupolev where he will deliver a lecture for students, postgraduates and scientists “Development strategy of United Aircraft Corporation”.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
