Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich arrives on a working visit in Kazan

On November 23, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Kazan International Airport.
Tomorrow, on November 24, he will visit Tyulyachi municipal region to take part in events dedicated to the Day of the establishment of the region.
Besides, Babich will attend the third Forum of the Orthodox Community of the Republic of Tatarstan and the second Open Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament for prizes of Olympic champion Darya Shkurikhina "On Top of Success".
