Major repair of schools to be launched in 2012 in Tatarstan

1 bln roubles will be allocated for major repair of schools in 2012 in Tatarstan, the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov stated today.
According to Head of the Republic major repair will start at schools next year and will last for three years. The program will be yearly funded for the sum of 1 bln roubles. “We are currently working out the program. We expect allocating no less than 1 bln roubles yearly. Depending on our resources the sum may increase”, the Tatarstan President said.
The republican funds will be firstly spent on repair of roofs, utilities and replacement of windows, Rustam Minnikhanov informed.
