Rustam Minnikhanov appoints Rafis Burganov Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan

On December 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree appointing Rafis Burganov, who chaired the Committee on Economy, Investments and Entrepreneurship of the regional State Council, Acting Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan - Minister of Education and Science of Tatarstan until approval of his candidacy by the local State Council.
Minnikhanov also signed a decree relieving Engel Fattakhov of his duties as the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan - Minister of Education and Science of the republic due to his transfer to another job.
