Rustam Minnikhanov meets CEO of Iran Markaz Company Yaqub Qasemi

On December 4, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, CEO of Iran Markaz Company (Iran) Yaqub Qasemi and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov discussed issues related to the development of bilateral relations in the field of tourism.

"Relations between Russia and Iran give an opportunity to develop our contacts," Rustam Minnikhanov said in particular. He also noted a substantial rise in the flow of foreign tourists to the republic.

"The expansion of our tourist opportunities has also contributed to bringing our peoples closer," Minnikhanov continued.  “Cultural heritage sites located in our republic are of great historical and cultural value. At the same time, there is a rich heritage of cultural and historical values in your country," he added.

Iran Makraz is a travel agency with a focus on excursion programmes offering visits to historical monuments that are part of the world's cultural heritage.
