On December 19, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a summing-up meeting of Tatarstan Department of Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography (Rosreestr).

During the reporting period, the regional department revealed more than 6,000 violations of land legislation in Tatarstan. In total, the agency conducted about 7,000 verification activities. According to the orders of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the number of inspections conducted was reduced by one third. The amount of fines imposed was reduced by 55 per cent and amounted to 25 million roubles, Zyabbarov noted.
Besides, Rosreestr revealed 145 cases of unauthorized occupation of land plots, as well as 585 plots that have not been used for more than three years.
Speaking at the meeting, Pesoshin gave an errand to set up an interdepartmental working group to eliminate contradictions such as uncertain status of forest settlements or the intersection of the forest fund with land plots of other categories.
Pesoshin also instructed to open 70 more multi-purpose centres in Kazan to meet the standards set by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. According to him, citizens of the republic have positive feedback about the work of such centres.
In general, Pesoshin noted the effective work of the agency and thanked the staff for their professionalism in solving the tasks set.
