Rustam Minnikhanov held regular session of JSC Tatneft Board

The Tatarstan President, Chairman of JSC Tatneft Board Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular session on October 26.
Outcomes of budget execution by JSC Tatneft for the period of 9 months of 2011 have been discussed and the budget for the current November has been approved at the session.
The Board heard information about works on drilling horizontal hole, implementation of equipment for simultaneous stage development of reservoirs on fields being developed by the Company.
The Board as well debated realization of a project on supporting small and medium-size business by Tatneft.
The project was approved in 2005 and includes the following stages: foundation of small and medium-size enterprises on the basis of developing minor activities within oil and gas production sector; interaction with minor oil companies; establishment of technoparks and assistance to small business via entrepreneurship development Fund.
Thus, major works resulted in creation of more than 100 competitive enterprises with 40 000 employees.
Some other issues of JSC Tatneft activity were considered at the board session.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
