“On October 21 2011 in the course of operational search actions implemented by law enforcement agencies the Head of Verkhneuslonsky district Timofeev Aleksandr Petrovich was cought red-handed upon receiving a bribe on an especially large scale. The Investigation Committee of RF Investigation Department on RT opened a criminal case on this matter (part 6, item 290 of the RF criminal code).
In the course of investigation activities Timofeev Aleksandr Petrovich admitted his guilt in committing the above mentioned crime.
I suppose such actions discredit reputation of local authorities in publics, undermines citizens’ confidence in safety of their rights and cause distrust towards authorities.
In connection with the above mentioned facts and the statement of resignation made by Timofeev Aleksandr Petrovich I suggest considering early termination of authorities of the Head of Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Timofeev Aleksandr Petrovich in accordance with requirements of the federal law “On general principles of organizing local self-government in Russian Federation”.
