Republican programs “Clean water”, construction of village clubs and major repair of schools are being developed in Tatarstan

Development of republican programs “Clean water”, construction of village clubs and major repair of comprehensive schools is being implemented in Tatarstan, Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin informed at a meeting dedicated to major repair of multi-apartment houses and construction of kindergartens in the context of “Belekech” program.
The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with all municipal formations of Republic.
Irek Faizullin reported on course of major repair of multi-apartment houses in 2011. After performing some changes in the program total number of houses made 1024. By the municipal formations volume of accomplished works is 4,322 bln roubles (99,96% of annual plan).
For November 9, 2011 1002 houses were included in the list of the program 2012. Unified processing centres have been created in 30 of 45 municipal formations.
Irek Faizullin ionformed as well that today 5 % payments for housing and communal services are realized in electronic format. E-payments are being promoted in 28 regions.
During the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov also addressed the matter of entering self-regulated organizations. He believes it is important to explain the advantages of this association and benefits its members will get.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
