Trilateral agreement between Tatarstan Government, trade unions and employers signed in Kazan

A Republican agreement between RT federation of trade unions, Coordination council of Tatarstan employers’ associations, and RT Cabinet on carrying out social-economic policy and development of social partnership for 2012 was signed on November 28 in Kazan.
Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of RT Federation of trade unions Tatyana Vodopyanova, and Chairman of Coordination council of Tatarstan employers’ associations Aleksandr Lavrentiev put signatures on the document in the RT Government House.
Trilateral agreements between parties of social partnership are signed in Tatarstan annually. Many problems set before the Republic can be solved upon close interaction between parties of social partnership, coherent and reasonable decision-making, mutual responsibility, coordination of taken measures, Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov said.
Ildar Khalikov noted agreement is being signed in extremely positive situation when the growth of several rates/characteristics describing living standards of population is observed. In particular, cash income in January-September 2011 increased by 8,5 % and made 18686 roubles, average monthly salary for 9 months increased by 14,3 % and made 18,8 thousand roubles.
Work on step-by-step implementation of the republican labor payment system in educational institutions was carried out upon close interaction with trade unions. Finally, average salary of education employees increased by 20 %. The situation at labor market has become rather stable. The unemployment level reduced 1,5 times and made 1,3 % of economically active population.
RT Premier stressed all measures taken by the republican government are being realized upon close interaction with social partners. By his words, the current agreement implies much emphasis on active employment policy, creation of new efficient jobs. Special attention is paid to providing new jobs for the youth and salary increase.
The issues of ensuring safe working conditions, formation of regional system of developing professional qualifications are given special consideration in the Agreement. Moreover, treatment at health resorts and health improvement of employees and their families are revealed in the document.
“I am sure the agreement will favor further efficient cooperation between the parties and increase of social activity of employees”, Ildar Khalikov said.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
