“The intelligence level of our children is different today. They should receive maximum knowledge and skills in order to be competitive at school and higher educational institutions. They are able to do it, and we see there are no any obstacles. Here we have realized the idea of a private kindergarten. It seemed very complicated and impossible, but we already have such experience, we have eight private kindergartens. We spend a lot of money for kindergartens, but pay less attention to private ones. In fact, there is no difference if it is a municipal or private kindergarten. It concerns our children and we have to treat them equally”, Rustam Minnikhanov said addressing tutors, children and their children.
According to the President such experience should be spread in other towns and regions of Republic.
Finally, Rustam Minnikhanov granted an interactive educational complex and a computer.
