Deputy PM of Tatarstan Republic Zilya Valeeva takes part in inauguration of the President of Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambaev

On December1 Deputy PM of Tatarstan Republic Zilya Valeeva took part in inauguration of the newly elected President of Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambaev on the Russian delegation. On the occasion of election of Almazbek Atambaev as the President of Kyrgyz Republic Deputy PM of Tatarstan Republic Zilya Valeeva delivered greetings and a gift from the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
The day before Zilya Valeeva met with members of public association of Tatar-Bashkir centre “Tugan tel” of Kyrgyzstan Assembly of nations and discussed activity of the organization and their interaction with Tatarstan Republic. The same day Zilya Valeeva laid flowers to the grave of world-known writer Chingiz Torekulovich Aitmatov.
The Russian delegation was led by Chairman of Constitutional court Valery Zorkin, It comprised of co-chairman of Kyrgyz - Russian intergovernmental commission, Head of Federal customs service Andrey Belyaninov, State Secretary of the Russian ministry of foreign affairs Grigory Karasin, Deputy secretary of Security council Valentin Sobolev, State Secretary of Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolay Bordyuzha, Chairman of Russian Council of mufti sheikh Ravil Gainutdin.
High officials and foreign delegations from China, Georgia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus and Turkmenistan arrived for inauguration of Almazbek Atambaev.
After the election of new President residents of Kyrgystan hope for stable development, improvement of living standards, expansion of cooperation with Russia.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
